이 책은 2021년 중간지점에서 열린 전시 《두꺼운 문》에 연계하여 제작된 단행본으로, 두 작가가 각자의 할머니에 대해 쓴 에세이 형식의 글을 모았다. 서로 다른 기억을 지닌 두 사람이 각자 떠올린 조각난 기억들을 엮어, 한 사람을 향한 사적인 기억의 겹을 함께 담아냈다.

This book was produced in conjunction with the exhibition Thick Door, held at Junggan Jijeom in 2021, bringing together essays written by two artists about their respective grandmothers. Fragments of memory recalled separately by each author are woven together, layering personal recollections of one person into a shared volume.
